For smaller commissions(<$100), payment is required in full before work can begin. For the larger commissions payment splits can be talked about though both parties.1. I have a right to refuse any commission requests without the need of an explanation.2. My art is NOT to be used in any types of hate speech or anything that's harmful to others. (Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, etc.) Doing so will blacklist you from any future projects.3. I can preserve any and all rights to the commission (e.g. - distribution, reproduction, promotions).4. I will be contacting you throughout the process with rough drafts, previews, and anything else before the project is finalized. (Projects are made in PNG and Gif formats)5. Once I begin drawing the project refunds will not be accepted.
6. Any cancellation must be submitted within 24hrs of the request.7. Orders must be paid in USD$
8. Customer does NOT hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.9.Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolor or fixing a small detail, Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.10. I will allow up to 2 revisions on the project ONLY while sketching. Things such as color revisions can be talked about while in that stage.11. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.12. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.13. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.14. The customer is NOT allowed to take any art given to them and run it through AI generation. Doing so will blacklist you from any future projects.IMPORTANT
